Operational Members

This is made up of the organisation’s professional workforce. They see to the day-to-day activities of the organisation and ensure that programmes are run as planned.

To achieve our intent, as we put programs together each year, we will relate with all board members on an individual basis within the permit of their time. We will communicate through email addresses to allow everyone or anyone we need his or her advice to be ready for us, we will always engage our executives based on appointment, we will surely relate without assumption.

The meetings with all the board members will be once a year and our calendar will be agreed on yearly. By extension, we could request for one more meeting with the Governing Board based on necessities when budgeting and planning require such. At such meetings, we shall be committed to giving our yearly report and listening to evaluation, assessment, and suggestions on the way forward to a better operation in the new year.

The company will be committed to sitting allowance/honorarium yearly, just to acknowledge the presence and time of our executive members. Not as though they demanded it, but because it is the expedient thing an organization should do. CIES is particular about making history in the lives of youth who are considered the glory of any nation. We believe with the board’ support, our youths will turn out to be the pride of our nation and the future in our time.

The service tenure of every member is three years after which there will be a re-appointment.

We intend to discuss extensively as an organization and prepare for questions yearly as a display of a sense of accountability.
